I bought my Fitbit Versa one week ago and I am extremely frustrated because Fitbit Pay is not allowing setup. My Fitbit has the pay function, it is in the box of the device and the back of the device is written "Fitbit pay". I use Android phone, and when I click on "versa", where the pay function should appear, next to the apps / media etc the pay function does not appear. I've reinstalled the app a few times and the feature does not appear. I also have the fitbit installed on my Windows PC. There the "Fitbit Wallet" function appears. But when I click on it, the Fitbit program closes. There I open again, I try, and the same thing happens. I have also reinstalled the program, and nothing new. My bank here in Australia is Commonwealth, which is part of the Fitbit Pay-compatible bank relationship. I am extremely frustrated and disappointed, I chose the Fitbit Versa exactly because of this function. Can someone help me?
