Until now I have had no problems with my Versa yesterday it started first dropping the connection and not syncing. I tried all the usual steps that are mentioned even going so far as to hard reset both phone and watch and by setting up I can enter the four digit code it then says connecting to Tracker until a message comes that something went wrong. Other Bluetooth devices are having no problems pairing with my phone a iPhone 7 Plus.
Steps tried.
Switching Bluetooth off and on, restarting both devices, resetting both devices and the same thing happens each time I can enter the pairing code then it aborts with an error message.
For a watch in this price bracket I should be able to use it with no problems at the moment it can only tell the time, heart rate, steps and cannot be used for the purpose that I bought it for and is no more use that a cheap digital watch.

An update having now tried using a Tablet, Laptop and once again my phone the problem persists which in my eyes points to problem with the watches Bluetooth function, one device it could be related to the device but three separate devices points to the problem being the watch, what now?
