Since Saturday I’m getting problems with my Versa watch and the Fitbit app. I have charged my watch on Saturday, I went running on Sunday morning and my run wasn’t fully recorded. I run for more than 30 minutes and it only showed 16 active minutes also my steps haven’t been recorded at alI. I have done a reset on that day because my watch didn’t do anything. It looks like everything came back to normal however today I had to charge my watch despite the fact that I did it 2 days ago.
I don’t know what is happening with Fitbit app on my iPhone the stats on the main page are incorrect, for example it shows I have 28 active minutes And I didn’t do any activity today. The data from the last two days are also incorrect. I have restarted my phone but nothing has changed.
can someone investigate what is happening with the Fitbit watch and app please?
Hmm, someone asked if my problems have been resolved but I can’t see this question here. Nope I still can’t link my Fitbit with the phone. My husband sent them message on Twitter as this is the only way I could contact with the customer service but no one has replied yet.
