I just bought the Versa and I seem to be having a lot of issues with it. It is not tracking my sleep at all and doesn't sync properly to multiple devices. I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone so compatible. Did I get a bad one or are these just problems it has.

Best AnswerAfter a factory reset, you must reinstall the device as a new device in the app. Remove the old device first.

Best AnswerMine tracks my sleep and appears to be very accurate, even counting naps and what not. It does add up to 200 steps in my sleep depending on how restless I am, but that appeared to be within normal range given how much I tend to move around and throw covers and what not.
So I think something is wrong with yours. Anyone whose manually inputting sleep has something not quite working on their versa.
