Problems with Versa

I just bought the Versa and I seem to be having a lot of issues with it.  It is not tracking my sleep at all and doesn't sync properly to multiple devices.  I have a Samsung Galaxy 8 phone so  compatible.  Did I get a bad one or are these just problems it has.

Try a factory reset and see if that fixes the issues.

 

From the versa, settings, about, factory reset.

Tried that and now it won't sync back up with my phone or PC.

After a factory reset, you must reinstall the device as a new device in the app. Remove the old device first.

Did all that, got it to sync finally after 3 tries. And it still isn't
tracking my sleep. Does it now track sleep? It said that it did but from
everything I am reading it doesn't work and you have to manually put this
in. It also isn't connecting to my phone (showing missed calls and texts)

Mine tracks my sleep and appears to be very accurate, even counting naps and what not.  It does add up to 200 steps in my sleep depending on how restless I am, but that appeared to be within normal range given how much I tend to move around and throw covers and what not.

 

So I think something is wrong with yours.  Anyone whose manually inputting sleep has something not quite working on their versa.
