hi is anyone else having problems with setting up their versa?? I have had to delete mine and try and set up device but cant get by the first part where you have to charge the versa, turn it off and on and turn your blue tooth off and on. It just keeps saying try again!! GETTING SO FRUSTRATED!!

Hi @lauram2909, welcome to the community.
Can you try going into the Bluetooth setting on your phone and make sure the Versa is unpaired from there, then go back into the Fitbit app and try the setup again.
