Just bought versa2. Really disappointed that I can’t see any message content on my watch from texts. My charge2 displays part of the message so I would have thought a newer upgraded smart watch would have done the same if not shown all of the message. I’ve checked all my settings and they are all correct. I’m getting the alerts I just can’t open the message to read it?

Hi @Karenw80 , swipe down from the top of the display and see if your messages  are shown correctly. Regards kuzibri

No they show anything it just says message and the name of the person and then the clear option. I have an iphone. Also I’m getting WhatsApp notifications on my watch but still not text messages unless they are being sent from an android phone .its so annoying

Hi no the message doesn’t open. It’s just a notification
