Does anyone know if the problems with the app have been resolved regarding the notifications. I am getting a little frustrated with having to reset the watch then turn off the Bluetooth and then turn it again to only get one or two notifications and then nothing until I reset again.

Hi @Elisa47 I dont have amy trouble at all with notifications to my Versa. What phone are you using? That could be the problem.

@Elisa47 Thank you for getting back! Since you have a compatible device, please try turning off the notifications, after this, log out of the app, restart your phone and restart your tracker as described in this help article. Once you've done this, open the Fitbit app, log in and turn on the notifications again.
Finally, monitor the notifications and let me know if this fixes the issue.

Hi I tried the solution you sent and it did not work. I still do not get the text messages. This is frustrating I paid so much money for this watch and still nothing works right.
