my Versa keeps losing time. this seems to start shortly after it syncs. once it does sync the time is right but starts getting off within the hour. it seems to be have a problem syncing as well. its undependable. When i notice and try to get it to sync it to my Samsung S10 can't find the Versa. I've restarted the watch, restarted the app, turned bluetooth on and off, turned the phone on and off. i've even uninstalled the device and reinstalled the device. i can occasionally get it to sync but never understand why it works. I've had the same problem if i try to sync with my laptop or my Samsung S4 tablet.

I have been having the same problem. Today I did a live chat with support and he basically told me they are having trouble with the latest Android update, tough luck, then he sent me an article l had already read and said refer to that and watch for updates. Ridiculous!

i got ahold of fitbit via chat and after 45 minutes, it needed to be replaced. luckily, i'm still under warranty (10months)

Thanks for getting answers. I think I'll just delete the app and manually update for awhile. I have the time right now since I'm only leaving the house to walk.
