Versa 2 exercise tracking average heart rate

so for my workout today I started a workout manually on my versa. On the first picture under "workout" it says my avg heart rate was 141. When i click on it i get the 2nd picture I've attached. Which isnt correct at all and says my average HR was 69.  Also my workout heart rate ativity didnt show up in my heart rate data for today(last pic) Anyone know why all of this is?
