I got my Versa for christmas last year. I've been wearing since I charged it that day. I would always take it off when I showered. I even would take it off to wash my hands. I read in the product description that it was good for swimming at least that would seem since one of the activities is swimming. The first time I went swimming with it all the settings where scrambled. I figured I did that in my sleep. The second time and the last time I went swimming with it on then the left hand button stopped working. I tried cleaning with a toothpick but that didnt do anything. I tried canned air and nothing. Then everything else started to happen. It would only keep a charge for 1/2 a day. When I had it on the charger it kept counting steps and it wasnt moving at all. The touch screen would only respond every once in a while. I tried a reset and then it died. The screen gets all these colorful lines and I cant read anything. The watch then unlinked from my phone. I've tried to do a factory reset but with all the buttons stopped working I feel stuck. Anyone have any ideas on what to do? I tried to contact customer service 3 days ago and have not heard anything back from them.
