Promo code not working-Versa 2

My versa2 has got a dark screen and nothing seems to work to recover it. Resigned myself to having to upgrade and buy a replacement. Frustratingly the promo code I’ve been given is not working on the website-I’ve applied it via a phone, iPad and PC. It’s recognised  but doesn’t reduce cost.

 

 What is going on Fitbit? A search reveals This is a time old problem. I’m so frustrated that I haven’t been able to get hold a replacement quickly. Great product. Terrible customer service. What do you suggest next?
