When i receive a text notification on my fitbit I am unable to reply w quick response . The only options I get is . Open threw phone or clear.

Can someone help me please.

 

I have the fitbit versa 2 and samsung galaxy 6 edge .

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced difficulties with the Quick Replies feature and how many times since then? Please make sure that your mobile device Android version is up to date and the same for the Fitbit app, you can also restart your Fitbit to refresh its performance. Then, please check the information that's specified on our help article: How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes.
