I had "reply" as an option when the quick reply feature was first added to Fitbit/Android. But now it is gone. Just woke up one day and gone.
When a text comes in I only have "clear" as an option. I am using the messaging app that is standard on my phone. I tried Textra for a day and it came back, but personally no a Textra fan. And since I had the feature with my standard massaging app I feel I should be able to get it back!
I've hard rest, unattached tracker, re-sync etc. I have the quick reply setup I have personalized my quick replies messages, but still no "Reply" button on the tracker when a text comes in.
Please help, this was a major reason why I got the Versa.

It's great to see you here @Briannon25.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you are having issues with your quick reply feature, specifically with the Textra app, I recommend taking a look at this post, where a friend is providing some troubleshoot to try.
Let me know the outcome.

Did you even read my post? It clearly states quick reply isnt working EVEN THOUGH I HAVE TRIED WHAT ALL THE OTHER POST SUGGESTS. It does work IF I use Textra which I HATE and shouldnt NEED TO USE as it WAS working with my android standard messaging app. and then one day BOOM gone. I DO have it set up correctly but there is NO "REPLY" BUTTON on my tracker when a text comes in.
Any further "helpful" advise or links to posts about Textra............???

What are the specs of your phone (make, model, etc.)? Since not all Android phones are supported (mine, a Galaxy J3 Luna Pro, included).
I had a similar issue on my Ionic. Not a big deal, as I don't leave my device connected to my Bluetooth all the time (to conserve battery). The feature was rolled out to me, so I figured I'd give it a shot. I did about 4 factory resets to no avail. Turns out, my phone isn't supported by Fitbit, and I therefore wouldn't have access to that feature.

I don't see your phone on the "List Of Supported Devices". As I said, mine isn't supported either, so, like you, I don't have that feature either. It doesn't mean that neither of us can't sync to the app or that our phones won't be supported in the future (my guess is they will be since both of ours have multiple phones supported in their respective lines). I just keep an eye on the list to see if my phone is added.
PS, the same happened to me when I had an LG (the phone before my Galaxy). I wanted to set up Mobile Track, and I did for about a second before it disappeared
