This problem seems to happen no matter what Versa model one buys. Mine did the same, after one year, I went through all the hoops and got a replacement from Fitbit and a year and one month later, same issue. I found it in my drawer the other day, charged it up and thought I’d try again. Nope. Died after 16 hours. I wouldn’t waste my time or spend my money on another Fitbit product ever again. 😡👎🏼👎🏼
