SpO2 Clock Face not working on Versa Lite after Fitbit update last week.

A week ago I had a notification that there was an update for the Fitbit app. I loaded the update on my phone, and the next morning the SpO2 Clock Face I’ve been using since I bought the watch last fall, was no longer working properly.  The clock face was pixelated on the watch screen. The screen was mostly black with a few patches of pixelated color.  I could go into the settings menu on the watch and everything would show up, and when I switched to various different clock faces, they all worked fine. It only seems to be the SpO2 Clock Face that is affected. I called the Fitbit help line, and after almost an hour on the phone and emailing photos of what my watch looked like with both the malfunctioning SpO2 face and a different clock face that was working properly, all they told me was, “Just use a different clock face for now. It’s probably just a glitch. In the morning, try switching back to SpO2 and it will probably work.” Well, of course it didn’t work, and I’ve been trying every day for a week now. I’ve deleted and reloaded the Fitbit app multiple times, as well as changing back and forth between multiple clock faces and trying to switch back to SpO2. Nothing has worked. I’ve tried turning the watch off and back on multiple times, as well. Again, it seems to be ONLY the SpO2 clock face that is affected. Has anyone else encountered this problem?  If so, were you able to fix it and how?
