Quick replies - Android only

When purchasing my Fitbit Versa Lite a week ago, I was very excited for the quick reply feature which did not mention on the page that it was for Android only (bummer). 

Is there a plan on the making to make this an option? I’m debating if I want to keep this watch or return. I have a charge 2 that’s still in perfect workable order I just wanted more of a “smart watch” Apple Watch type feature.

What I've heard is that even though the programming for it is do-able, Apple has very tight control over which phone features an app can use.

Android, by contrast, is very open, so it's easier to get some features going.

Basically, I think it's up to Apple on this one.

• Thank you for your reply. Well I hope Apple eventually allows this but I guess they may not due to the Apple Watch being so similar.
