Good evening,

i have recently purchased my fitbit Versa special edition and I can’t seem to figure out how to use quick reply. I see the option on my iPhone app, but it’s not “clickable”. 

Why? How do I fix this problem? I have an Iphone 7, and it currently runs IOS 12.2.

Sorry, but quick reply is not available on iPhones, I believe something about Apple's architecture rather than a choice by Fitbit.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
