I've had my Vera for over a year and the past two nights it hasn't tracked my sleep. It did this a couple weeks ago and I reset it and it worked great again but resetting hasn't worked this time. All other features still work just fine including heart rate, so I know it's not a placement issue or too loose etc. Suggestions?

Is the versa syncing properly?? Have you done a shutdown yet?

It has now fixed itself. Strange. I had done the hold the buttons and restart yesterday when it didn't track my sleep. This morning I checked it and no sleep tracking again. Not on the Versa itself and of course not in the app on my phone. All other stats were up to date so I know it was synching fine and figured it was doing what it did a couple weeks ago but this time a reset or shutdown didn't seem to work. A few syncs into today and voila my sleep is now showing on my Versa as well as the phone app. Who knows where it was hiding before. Weird, I didn't do anything to it today (I did the reset or shutdown yesterday and left it alone today). Anyway whatever was going on remedied itself so it's all good now.
