Quick replies are not working on my Versa 3

So when I click the notifications on my watch I'm not getting the option quick replies or voice replies

Quick Replies feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests. As suggested above, please see How do I respond to messages with my Fitbit device?

I'd like to let you know that at this moment such feature is not currently planned for our iOS users just as stated on this feature suggestion: Quick Replies for iOS Devices. However, even though the current status is Not currently planned, this doesn't mean that we are not reviewing the feedback we receive from our iOS users, therefore, I suggest you to participate there, leave your comments and a vote. We look forward to review your input. 

As for the voice replies, please note the microphone in your watch only turns on when you’re using a feature that requires your voice, such as a voice assistant. The microphone turns off when the voice assistant responds, when you close the voice assistant, or when your watch’s screen turns off.

Hi there, @Emmyluke123. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 3.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

Apps that allow you to reply to a message directly from the notification on your Android phone also support quick replies on your Fitbit device. This includes, but isn’t limited to, apps such as:

  • Text messages
  • Twitter
  • Facebook Messenger
  • Line

If the issue persists, may I know if you're getting any error message in the Fitbit app regarding the notifications not working? If so, what does it say?

On a side note, please know that since you're an Android user you can't use MobileTrack in addition to a Fitbit device. For more information about MobileTrack, see How do I use Fitbit MobileTrack?

If you have MobileTrack linked to your Fitbit account you'll need to remove it in order to set up the Fitbit device and let the notifications work as they should. For instructions, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?

Hi, I am facing the same problems and the irony is, i could reply voice and my fitbit would type for me. but now i can only remove not reply any notification.
