Hi there @shukl05, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that Quick Replies aren't working on your Versa. I'll be glad to help you.

I've seen you got in touch with our Support Team regarding this and they already explained to you why this feature is not available on your Versa.

As you were told, note that this feature is currently available on devices paired to an Android phone. Devices paired to an iPhone or Windows 10 phone can only respond to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.
