My Versa won’t allow me to enable quick replies? I know where to find the button to click, but the text is in a faded grey colour rather than black and isn’t available to click. Why is this??

Are you using an iPhone? Quick replies only work with Android at the moment.

I don't think it will be soon. There is a feature suggestion for it at:

There, fitbit say that they don't currently have any plans for it. You may want to add your vote to the suggestion.
