I do not use an external texting app, just messaging from my phone, and I do not have a quick reply option on my versa. I have tried every setting I can find. All the answers I have seen say to download textra... I do not want another texting app.

Which phone do you have, @mmleach5 ? This feature is only currently available on devices paired to an Android phone (7.0+).

I’m an iPhone user so afraid I can’t be much help, @mmleach5 . A couple trouble shooting thoughts, though. 

  • Are the test messages coming thru to your Versa? Just not the ability to do a Quick Reply?
  • If no, then you need to verify that your specific phone is on the list of Supported Devices.
  • If yes, here are the instructions from Fitbit Help for Quick Responses.
