Versa won't charge

Hi,

I have only had my Fitbit since December. It won't charge. It shows 0% on the screen it won't recharge and it won't turn off. Please help. I'm not very happy with this product!

I understand how are you feeling and I will be glad to help you out. If your Versa isn't charging, I recommend taking a look at the help article: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? and follow the instructions provided there.

Thanks. Nothing worked. Fitbit are sending a new versa.
