Quick reply text function

I’m just curious...I understand the quick reply text function will be available for android users sometime in May for the Versa. Now will this be given to us through a software update or should I just wait till that function comes out before buying a Versa? I don’t want to buy a Versa and find out I have to buy a different version.

I have checked my upgrade on the versa it is 32.32.10.15 and my Turbo 2 android is also updated with the 2.72.1 version.  I STILL CANNOT GET ANY TEXT MESSAGES SHOWING ON MY VERSA USING MESSAGE+.  All of the settings are correct and point to the message+ as my default messenger and quick replies option shows up in notifications for my versa.

Do you know if it is possible to create my own Replies on the Versa? (using Droid).

Yes click on watch icon on phone, then notifications, the messages and ull see quick reply and can edit

Yes, totally figured it out. Go to your Fitbit App on phone and click on black pic of Versa in upper right corner. After clicking on Versa, click on Notifications. Scroll down to Quick Replies. Then choose Messages. You should see 5 pre-set messages. Start typing on any message you want to replace. Hope that helps!!

Do you have an Android? I believe Reply feature only works with Android.

Go to the Fitbit app.
Select your device.
Select notifications.
Select quick replies.
Select messages
You have the ability to use 5 responses, edit as needed

Great, thank you, but I don't have the "reply" option when a text comes in. I have the quick replies option in my settings. I HAD quick replies for the last month, woke up today and they are gone. I have resynced, reset and done all I can think of to get it to work again. Using LG G6 and Versa SE. Thoughts?

I noticed that they recently updated fitbit for Android. Make sure you have
version 2.73

Yes I have 2.73 which updated 6/11/18. My quick reply worked after that
update. Just not since today.

I use the quick reply on my Fitbit Versa. How do you add a custom reply? I checked my manual and it says to go to the website for help.

Hello. Go to your Fitbit app on phone. Click on Versa pic on top right, tap on Notifications, scroll down to Quick Replies. I chose Messages. You should see 5 preset replies. You can type over them if you choose alternate replies. Hope that helps!
