Just got upgraded to a versa and it does not give me the option to reply to messages. This is the MAIN reason I upgraded was so I could reply on my watch. Can you really not reply to messages if you have an iPhone. I’ve been a Fitbit customer for years and have loved it but this is ruining it for me. The amount of people that are going to be switching over to Apple Watch  because of this is going to be huge. Are there any plans to add IOS to quick reply? Because if not clearly I need to switch to Apple Watch.

Hi @Jennakk , since you are using an iPhone, do you also upgraded to iOS13? If yes, see the warning on top of the Customer Support site. Regards kuzibri

No I have not upgraded. That looks like it is for receiving notifications. I receive notifications fine I just can’t reply.

Using iOS with the Versa, you can only reply to Fitbit app notifications, such as messages, cheers, taunts, and friend requests.

The feature for the customized responses to text messages and messages from certain apps is only available for Android users  More about this can be read on our help article. https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/2344/

I found this Feature Suggestion, please have a look at it. Although it is categorized as not currently planned. You can leave your vote for it, so that our team gets to see how often this feature is requested.
