I got my fitbit a few weeks ago and my quick veiw isn't working. It never has. I have gone to my settings turned it on and off, restarted the device and still nothing. Can someone tell me how to get the quick veiw to start?

The "settings" you mention was in the App I assume. On the watch swipe left to Settings and scroll down to "Screen Wake" and set to Auto.

Yes I tried that too. It looks at though I'm locked out of being able to change that along with the ability to change sleep mode and do not disturb. Thank you for responding.

Keep in mind screen wake will not work if sleep mode is selected.

Yes. I know. I can not find the sleep mode settings from the app on my phone to make it work on my watch.

Go to the App and click on the account icon at the upper left and then Versa and scroll down the left side of the page to Sleep settings.

I figured it out..... after trying for so long. It was in quick settings on my watch. Thank you so much for your help!
