I have this issue on my android. when I go to Clock faces it says "Visit the Clocks Gallery to pick a clock for your undefined". if i select "Pick a Clock" it goes to all clocks then shows nothing in the gallery

No, 'calm down' doesn't help much. The issue says 'resolved' and it's not. Also it might be a minor inconvenience for some users but this issue arose right as I was setting up my first fitbit... rendering it unusable, so no, not a minor inconvenience either. A complete blocker.

Received my Versa few hours ago in the hope of living good times. Lil did I know it would take me forever to just read the time! The display flashes “Clock Error” And advises me to go to the mobile and try another clock face. But the App Store wouldn’t show the type faces. Is this a worse-ah experience?

Gutted - cant use at all, clock error, cant reset watch, have tried everything, reset phone, deleted app, and still no clocks to select. Seriously considering taking it back to store... love the device when it works but need reliability.. come on Fitbit sort it out!!!!

The watch face issue seems to be on Fitbit end not ours... My comment about the wifi was the second poster saying she had issues setting her watch up...

The Fitbit at this point was my second choice as no one locally carries the polar branded watches anymore.... But the bargraph output of the steps in a given time period is way easier for the paper pushers up front to understand... (I literally walk back and forth 10 miles a day at work inside a 100' x 200' area)

I really don't want to have to return it but I am using it for data tracking at work to prove the way they want things done  is inefficient...

I am having the same issue. I do not think this is a network quality/stability issue. This problem exists on my mobile network as well as when on Wi-Fi.

My Versa is about a week old, its being a nightmare - not syncing, syncing sometimes; restarting the app, restarting the phone, restarting the Versa many times, switching on and off the various sync funcitons like continuous sync etc. Syncs some information, like amount of steps.. heart rate but does not sync food/water logged onto the PC with the app on the phone and does not log sleep just on random nights, its getting to be a real pain now

I am now attempting set of instructions provided... lets see.

Its an awful lot of stuff for a user to have to do after paying out 200 for a new device that promises so much.  If this doesn't work I will seek a replacement device. There is no way anyone could recommed this Fitbit to someone.Smiley Sad

I just received the Special Edition Versa after waiting a while, and it booted to the "Clock Error" screen after the setup.. I can't even scroll to get to Settings to factory reset it and can't load the clock faces section of the app to change it !! Unbelievably disappointed! 😕

On iOS.

Hi,

I am experiencing the same problem, and the "accepted solution" only seems to say, something along the lines of "be patient, read my post above".  I don't see a solution posted for this problem, nor do I see anything at the top of the page in red.  Please help
