Please work on it ASAP. Besides not being able to see the clock faces and I cannot see the apps so my weather app is not working on the Versa.

When will this be resolved? Time estimate?

Mine works fine. Strange how people are spouting off false statements. Once you do setup you dont ever have to connect to their servers for your watch face to work. It doesnt just stop working all of a sudden.

I didn't realise that you can get email on the Versa. How do you go about setting it up?

Hello,

I am having issues syncing, setting up my versa just bought today. Is this normal?

Best Answer

It sounds like everyone is having problems. I bought mine today and the app will not allow me to reset my clock or apps. It's "synced" and now nothing is working. 1) I'm glad I still have my Alta HR 2) Highly disappointed in the Versa and considering forking money over for the Apple Watch.

I am unable to pick Clock Faces and Apps from iOS FitBit App from my iPhone. The screen showing no options.

I started with the Charge HR then went to the Alta HR and I liked those 2 so I decided to buy the Versa.  I have not had any luck with downloading apps or clock faces. I do use an iPhone which I have now read does not communicate very well with the fitbits. I almost feel that it is either time to switch to an android phone or return this Versa and just bit the bullet and buy an iWatch. Are there any expected dates for the fitbit app to be more compatible with the iOS or would it just be best to buy an iWatch?

Best Answer

I got this thinking it's going to be the marriage of the pebble and fitbit I've always wanted, and it **ahem**'s the bed when it can't phone home.

Having the same issue with the versa not syncing to my laptop, really disappointing that they don't even tell you when something happens, you have to find out yourself. why buy one when it can't sync when you want it to.

Both my Fitbit Alta and the Versa work fine with my iPhone 5s. The issues right now with apps and clocks are related to a known server issue that Fitbit is working to resolve.

Best Answer

Do you have an estimate on when it will be working again.

I just got my FitBit Versa as a gift and gave my other one away... But I'm not able to use the new one. This makes me upset because I don't want stupid Julian P. from work to win the challenge... with his stupid face...

Is there an estimated time for the issue to be resolved?

Best Answer

I am having the same issue. Also with the apps section. Nothing shows up.

By the looks of things, No it won't, it's even affecting people who live in the UK. Fitbit what a joke

I have found that if you reboot the Versa and setup wifi right after reboot you can make the downloading work. Try doing a reboot with the left and bottom right buttons and don't let your phone sleep/lock in between.
