Hello @MattJ71 I've moved your post into its own thread. Your key to the time is in the fact that your wife's tracker is not syncing.
I'm not firmer what everything tried might be.
Have you tried clearing the phones Cache?
Removing the Versa from her Bluetooth.
Shut down both the Versa and phone?
Updated the Fitbit app?
Removed the Fitbit app and installed fresh copy?
