Same, just got my versa 2 and its not receiving notifications I tried reconnecting bluetooth and enabling notifications on the app.

Hello @Icy_python69 I've moved your Versa 2 question out of the thread on the Versa.
Have you swiped down to check that notifications are enabled on the Versa 2?
If so then we will need to know what type of phone?
