Fitbit Versa won't take a charge

I have just been away in Vietnam & my versa stopped working, just nothing. I thought battery had gone flat but I charge it each day whilst showering. I had worn it whilst swimming the the pool but have often worn it in water, just not in jut water. I charged it & the backlight was constantly red & not tracking heart rate. I have searched through the forums & tried every conceivable fix. I let the battery run flat & left it until back home. I’ve recharged & I only get the watch, no tracking of anything & now it says “clock error”. I purchased in December 2018 so I am assuming I can have it replaced under warranty. If you would please advise the procedure I’d be most grateful. TIA

Hi @KimBliss , if your Versa suffered from water damage and it's still under warranty, call Customer Support about this issue. Regards kuzibri
