I have had the versa for under a year and my touch screen has stopped working I have tried to do a factory reset but it has not helped. Any ideas?

Hi @Tom_e , since a Factory Reset did not solve your screen problem, call Customer Support since it must be still under warranty. Regards kuzibri

@Tom_e welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the touch screen stopped working. By the way, thank you for trying a factory reset before contacting our forums.
I'd like to know if the factory reset was performed as described in this help article. If so, I'd like you try one more workaround that has been helpful. Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the touch screen works properly.
