I unpaired my phone to my Versa
How do I re-pair without having to go through the whole set up again ?

First thought, what do you mean by un-paired?
Second thought is that a user is unable to pair the tracker to the phone.
The user sets up the tracker to the users account then the app does the actual pairing of the tracker.
Did you remove the tracker from your phones Bluetooth? If so then use the app to sync the tracker to your account.
If the tracker was removed from the Fitbit app, then you will need to set it up.
