I will never, ever purchase any fitbit item. The updates are crap. The latest one shut my fitbit versa lite completely down. It won't sink anything. I primarily purchased it for steps, sleep and pulse. There doesn't seem to be any solutions from tech support.

@Nana4158 are you saying that your Versa Lite will not turn on, or does it turn on and not count any steps.
