Re-syncing almost daily

 A few months ago, I inquired about my Versa 3 needed to be synced several times a day, and the battery needed to be charged almost daily.  I did as suggested and it worked great.  Well, here I am again.  Syncing several times a day just to check weather, and the temperature is in Celsius, when all my settings are set to Fahrenheit.  Is it necessary to return to factory settings every few months???  I had a Versa and Versa 2, and didn’t have this much aggravation with both combined.  Thanks for letting me vent. Hi @knuthouse01 - if you did a factory reset the configuration is reset and any changes you made need to be redone.

 

For the weather app go to the Gallery tile, scroll down to Weather and go into it's Settings to change units.

 

Very often the non automatic syncing is a phone or Fitbit App issue.

 

Try syncing the watch and then logout of the Fitbit App, swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it

 

Restart the phone and watch.

 

Also check that the phone battery optimization allows the Fitbit App and associated services to run in background.

 

Then login to the app and wait for any pair or link prompts and sync.
