Read full text on Versa?

I have an iPhone (8) and a Fitbit Versa. I've seen other people talk about not receiving any texts on their Versas. I do receive texts, but I can only see the first few lines. Is this normal, or should I be able to read the whole text message, even if several lines long? It doesn't do a lot of good if I only see the first line or so and have to pull out my phone to read the rest.

Press on the text and it should show more, and you can scroll down. I think there is a limit to how much you can see, however.

I am having the same problem - only sometimes I get the full message and sometimes I don't.  It's really strange.  There doesn't seem to be a correlation with length of message either. i.e. sometimes a really long message displays in full and sometimes a really short one does not.  This happens with all my apps - texts, whatsapp, and gmail.  Hope someone can shed some light on this!

I’m having the same issue! I bought my Fitbit like 5 days ago and I’ve noticed the same thing. Sometimes short texts (5 words long) won’t fully expand when I click on it. Long texts (like over 50 characters) will expand so I can read the whole thing. No correlation at all.. I called Fitbit and they had me do a reset and told me to videotape it if it happens again which it did. I don’t get it because I just bought this so I don’t know why it’s not working or if everyone has issues with this but its frustrating...especially on a new and expensive watch..

I just got a replacement Versa a couple of days ago and am having the same issue. Has anyone found a resolution?

Returned this in May and got an Apple Watch instead. Good luck!!
