Hi,

I didnt found topic related to this. Hence posting. I am trying for last entire week to pair my device with my new realme 3 pro handset. Looks like this device wont be pairing up with this new phone 😞 By any chance we expect solution to this issue?

Hello @ShrikantG and a warm welcome.  Sadly, there are no Realme phones on the list of compatible devices.  I wish I could give you some information, but phones are added as the engineers certify them.  From my reading, Fitbit should look in to Realme compatibility.  I found an article that said that Realme is the third largest selling brand in India.

This sucks big time. I have just changed to this phone and my Versa keep getting stuck during setup. It's a standard android device, why so many issues?? I tried my friend's Samsung fit and Mi Amazefit and all setup fine
