Versa frustration!

I’m very very very very disappointed with my Fitbit versa… I got a rose quartz for Mother’s Day this year and I’ve had nothing but trouble with it. First the gold edging started to peel off and they told me that it was a wearer problem not a Fitbit problem and offered to sell me a new one for 50% off… now it won’t sync…it won’t keep time correctly… no notifications etc.  Did a factory reset at their suggestion… Now I can’t get it to recognize on my phone or iPad  to install  it and restart it… Extremely frustrated not happy at all!

Hi @Deemariegreer  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I also have a Versa which has always been problematic with synching and last month it just stopped. I've tried all the suggested ways to fix it and ended up deleting it as a device and now can't reconnect it. Frustrated doesn't even come close. It's currently a very expensive watch which doesn't tell the correct time.
