Versa is charged and doesn't work

I have my Versa 100% charged, but it will not turn on. There is no lights on the back of watch. I have wiped the back off. I have even set it back to factory setting trying to get it to work. No luck. Watch is about 15 months old.

Hi @bigstar   All you can try is several restarts. If they dont do it then unfortunately the watch has died. If it is still covered by warranty (in Europe) then contact Support (link in my signature
