Received Invisible Fitbit Versa in Mail Today!

Want to hear something funny?... well, I was SUPPOSE to receive a new fitbit Versa as a gift today... the pkg got to my house... I opened it, only to see, NO FITBIT in the box! HA! I was given the two bands and the charger, but NO FITBIT. The box had not been tampered with whatsoever & this is definitely an issue from the warehouse at 501 Airtech Pkwy, Plainfield Indiana. As I am a long time customer, if this does not get fixed, I will be blowing up every outlet available about this. Either some idiot literally didn't put a FITBIT in my box, or someone at the Warehouse stole it before it went out. I'm HOPING it was a genuine mistake but really... how can anyone be THAT dumb? 🤔

@ChrissieCus accidents happen, but posting here will not get it straightened out. You need to contact Fitbit support.

So... I received the Fitbit (finally)... but the issue of theft still remains. I would love to know how they plan to prevent that in the future.

The best user plan I can think of is to keep tye tracker on the arm when not charging and only take it off when at home orvin the car. Basically only when the tracker can be kept in a safe place.
