Versa not charging

I have two Versa, the original one I purchased, and a Second one that was shipped to me from Fitbit to replace the first one because of issues around charging.

Both seem to charge the same. So here are all the Chargers I have tried.

-iPad wall plug (Sometimes works)

-iPhone Wall plug(Never works)

-USB port on Surface Dock (Sometimes works)*

-USB port on OnmiCharge 24(almost never)**

-USB port on a white label battery pack, the port is listed as 2.4 amp, but it only charged it once.

*The Surface Dock, if I keep changing the USB port the Versa charger is connected to it might change, if it is not changing, the port change might start up, Most of the time though, it just drains the Versa's battery faster than if I was wearing it. Once it starts charging it typically gets to ~60 then stops.  If the Versa is so drained it can't start, then it charges rapidly to about 6%  then comes on, throws that error about not enough current and starts to discharge.

**So the nice thing about the OmniCharge is that is has a load read out. When the Versa's charger is connected and the Versa is not in the cradle, it pulls about 0.48watts, with the Versa connected and not charging but with the error present, it draws about 0.97watts, while charging normally I don't recall what is pulls because it has only happened a few times.

It's great to welcome you @ShilohTzu.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this issue. If you are having problems charging your watch, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why isn't my battery charging? and follow the instructions provide there.

-The pogo pins and the contact surface are both clean, and dry.

-I have tried numerous USB ports, and they work fine\as expected with other devices, for example, all ports when used with a lightning cable can charge my iPhone.

-The tracker is orientated correctly and is locked into the charging cradle. the pins and contact surface appear aligned and touching.

-Currently, both trackers(the original one, and the replacement one) no longer have sufficient charge to be powered on or reset.

Overall this is a just really frustrating, the device itself is fantastic and it does just about everything I could hope for in smartwatch, it just can't recharge.  Which, should Fitbit ever pick up CGM, would make me very hesitant to embrace it.
