I am on an iPhone 11, iOS latest version13 5.1, fitbit version is latest version 3.24.1

 

I had a Charge 2 and stopped receiving text notifications. So I upgraded to a versa lite thinking it was old hardware. 

I am receiving call notifications, email, and Instagram notifications but not text. I have done everything suggested in this forum. Turned devices on and off, share system notifications on and off. Nothing is working. 

The text notifications is the reason I really loved my Fitbit once upon a time. What is the deal with this glitch?  I’ve seen people talking about it for months online, why hasn’t there been a fix?
