I get my notification saying I have a message. Then I tap open message and it won't show the message.  You go back and try again, it says nothing is here. Why can I not open the message?

It may be a picture @Oktahafry5, will just alert you to the incoming message and show a truncated version of the text in the body (if any). Check your SMS on your mobile to see what type of message it is and let us know, great question - welcome to fitbit forums.
