Receiving text messages on Versa

Ever since I downloaded the new update for my samsung, I no longer receive text messages on my Versa. I have done all of the troubleshooting: restart both devices, reset my Versa, etc. What do you suggest I do?

I am having the same exact problem. I also cannot get my versa to sync today no matter what I try.

I have not been receiving text messages since the update. Probably almost 4 weeks ago? I receive every other notification. I have done all the uninstal, reinstall, turn Bluetooth on... Off... Restart phone.... Nothing! 😕😒😣
