Versa not responding

Versa isn’t turning on, it briefly flashes Fitbit sign when I connect it to the charger and then the screen goes blank and doesn’t respond to touch, or any of the buttons. It is not connecting to phone. 

i tried that three button factory reset and nothing happened. It was charge last night so should still have battery. Help! Thank you!

Hi @CandiceAking Try restarting it several times, if you havent already. If that doesnt help then contact Customer Support
