I just got my versa 2 and set it up and it won’t show calls or texts. How do I fix this? I’ve done a soft and hard reset of my versa 2. Help! This is driving me nuts!

Hello @Wingsfan96 when asking about a problem with the phone it is helpful to include the phone model.
