If you recently updates your Fitbit app software in I believe early September or later 2021 and Versa stops syncing or the Time is out of wack its the fitbit app software update and from what I've read it seems to effect any of the Versa fitbits. I've tried everything I could from the help forums to YouTube and Non worked. I don't believe it effects the older Blaze models as mine is running fine but my Versa is Useless! If I were you I'd post to all of your fitbit friends and forums you follow telling them to avoid updating the Fitbit app to the current version 3.48 on Android till there's a software fix. If your still on Fitbit app version 3.47 Stay there Don't Update to 3.48 I don't know if this affects Apple iphones or ipads. On Android goto to your apps go into Fitbit and click on the 3 dots in the upper right corner and un-check Auto Update. I always wait a few weeks before updating any of my apps and I'll check forums to make sure there are no hiccups. This isn't the first time fitbit had a major bug in an update and it happens in many softwares unfortunately they don't always test a software updates enough before they release it to the public. I'd join the Fitbit BETA testers but unfortunately there's no openings. Hopefully Fitbit now owned by Google will get a software fix out and quickly. If your fitbit does not power on or has other issues other than above contact support. Hope this helps. Eddie J

Fitbit-Google. Here's a suggestion to the recent fitbit app software update version 3.48. Can you make it so users can Roll the software back to the previous version like version 3.47 if not a few version back till this no sync no connect Time out of wack is resolved. And maybe suggest to people about to manually update that if you have any of the Versa series not to update at this time. I will say I'm happy my Fitbit Blaze isn't affected by the recent version 3.48 for Android 11 but my Versa is currently useless as I can't sync or Bluetooth pair since I tried a suggestion on the fitbit forum.
Hope this helps you and any fitbit user who thinks thier Fitbit went bad.. Most likely your Fitbit is fine if you have the above issues with any of the Fitbit Versa line.. Your Fitbit is fine it's the recent app update that's bad. Fitbit I'd like to be part of your BETA testers group but there's no space for anymore testers could you maybe add more space? I got a new phone and now the notifications on my Fitbit Versa 2 don't work. I've just been half an hour on the online chat going through troubleshooting (which I'd already done!) and was told to restart my phone which I was using at the time. Now I can't get back onto the online chat using my phone or computer and the notifications are still not working!! Having checked the version of the app I'm using it's on 3.48 which fits with what you are saying. Hopefully they update the app soon otherwise I'll be moving to a different smartwatch
