I recently updated my tracker and now it died. I tried many times the restart as explained on the website with no luck. Two days and nothing. It is charged but screen is blank. It died. Obviously no warranty on the device and no one to fix it or replace it. Is Fitbit doing anything to respond for this? If it wasn't for the update I may have my fitbit working....evwn though the heart rate wasn't but at least other functions were.

Hi I am also having this issue. Support told me to restart and factory reset, did that. Still have the issue. Support now tells me they are aware of it and I have to wait for the next update, but they do not know when that will be. So essentially we are all stuck with a tracker that doesn't track until they can get an update out. Not impressed at all!
