Since Friday versa has gradually got worse. Wont sync with phone, App has reduced function and doesnt show sleep, steps or exercise. Worse, versa says I need to unlock on phone yet no function on phone now to unlock!! Tried factory reset but just get Fitbit icon for 10 seconds and then returns to normal screen. Have re set everything I can. I cant though set up/ re 'pair" to versa as new code is sent to versa and screen is locked.
